Shame
The way we see ourselves creates a lens through which we see everything else. Shame is when we harbor negative beliefs about ourselves, and thus create a distorted lens through which we see our relationships, our past, our future, and ultimately our entire lives. By working on your shame, you will begin to finally see things as they are - including yourself.
Depression
Depression is the body’s natural response to beliefs, behaviors, and environments that aren’t good for us. I can make a tree pretty depressed by feeding it soda and never letting it see the sun. Working together, we’ll figure out what it is that’s causing you pain, and replace it which the sunshine and water that will make you thrive.
