Hi, I’m Nate Johansen.

I’m a Life Coach based in Utah and I help people to address their past in order to live a more meaningful present.

  • So many of us don’t truly live a life of our choosing. We are controlled by compulsions, aversions, attractions, and other “feelings” we struggle to control. Working with Nate, you will learn to understand how your past is showing up in your present. With a renewed understanding of self, you will be in a better position to live a happy and meaningful life.

  • My goal is to get fired as soon as possible! Each session is $150 and is an hour long. We will maximize our time together to address the root problems and get you back to a happy, healthy life.

  • I am available in-person at the ACCEPTED office in Sandy, UT. Sessions are also available online through video calls.

  • I do not take insurance - all sessions are cashpay and can be paid by credit card, check, or HSA.

  • Many of my clients have found my coaching to be way more helpful than their previous experiences with therapy!

    Our sessions go beyond the typical questions and the “how does that make you feel?” The coaching I provide is direct, powerful, and effective.

    My last therapist taught me grounding, and breathing techniques for learning to feel the moment and be absolutely present. Nate called these types of techniques a band-aid approach. They don't go to the source of the problems. He's able to allow your mind to go way into the past and find the source of anxiety, anger, frustrations, fears, etc. He does it by asking the right questions.
